funny how jury by trial is enshrined in the constitution but relief from rogue RBF officers is not. and even stranger that the judiciary and executive sectors are blazen about violating the rights enshrined in constitution with public consultation much less a referendum to get the true answer from the people. This topic of conversation is a clear indication that the judiciary and the executive branches have lost touch with the reality that the rest of the Bahamas lives. I might add that Davis should be doing the work of the people in the House and not spending our tax dollars on all expense paid trips to collect diamonds... maybe working on actual improvements to the laws and finally update the 45 year old outdated outmoded constitution is the job he has been hired to do not galavant.

Mr. Bell may not have a good understanding of how things work in the home ownership and mortgage world. perhaps a chat with some local Real Estate professionals could enlighten him?

the funny part is that you can't make a complaint to either company without extensive time sorting through telephone automated menu prompts and waiting for a person to answer the phone for hours. Try finding an email address to send a complaint to and have it acknowledged. Don't worry, starlink will put them out of biz very soon.

can we instead talk about plethora of bad loans NIB has lost on? The people don't care that their hard working money is being taken away and spent on dilapidated govt building for loans which have not been paid back. Come clean if I am wrong please.

> On a related note, URCA does not discuss a company’s individual revenue numbers and licence fee payments.

More of the "Bahamas government is not transparent at all ever" mentality. if it affects the general populatoin it must be public information. if it relates to gov revenue and the People's money is publiic information. URCA getting into the old 1980's mindset now.
