Says the guy who greased many a wheel to get many a govt contract over the years. What kind of "difficult of business" did FOCOL have to go through to get the no bid BPL Fuel contract? How can I get one of those lucrative govt deals please?
so the story is that the cooling water system is poorly designed or prone to failure due to the high calcium and salt content of the water being pulled out of the ground and circulated. This has lead to multiple failures over the years and the problem has never been addressed. Many millions of dollars and no one thought to mention that the ground water in the Bahamas is hard and will corrode your faucets and seals? out of warrantee and I guess it's time to upgrade or replace due to poor maintenance? I think they were installed around 2012 so 13 years of service aint bad I guess operating on 1 of the 4 at a time? 28,000 hours is probably about the intended lifespan maybe?
