but it helps to hide the real unemployment numbers in the cuntree. it is a good thing to say unemployment is artificially down to 8.7% when the reality is more like double that at 16%.
how do we know the employees of DIR are paying commensurate property tax rates to everyone else? A publically available property tax role would solve many of life's problems but DIR and Property Tax office have operated like a shady silo for decades. The original property tax law required annual gazeting of the entire property tax role so everyone knew what everyone else was paying in property tax. Not anymore because they need to hide the impropriety. prove me wrong!
the law 7 years without a body. we cant change a law just willy nilly to suit one circumstance. it is all related to insurance and bank accounts being frozen...
0% interest on saving coupled with 3% inflation means saving is for idiots. buy now and spend it all before that $1 is worthless. US Fed pumped way too much new money and contributing to the downfall of the dollar and the increase in safety of the pound or euro. can we tie B$ to Euro instead of US$? I think that will be good for the future and maybe lighten the compliance burden?
wow! good luck to all trying to open or even maintain a facility at a bahamas financial institution now! I gave up a while back, just keeping it all under the bed now. at 0% there is no benefit to having it in a bank.
Mrs. Degregory may have spoken an untruth in stating that the BNT has publically made a statement against the project. When did they do that? We need to tread carefully and be wary of being too heavy handed with the rights to privately owned land. It just might set a precedent for your land holdings? Has anyone ever questioned the pristine mangrove habitat that Mrs. Degregory pushed a road through many years ago without permission? glass houses and all that. everyone loves to shut the door behind them... If we had a proper LUPAP then this would all be fairly moot.
