So the shipping costs through Arawak Cay are phenomenal. The nassau airport fees are highest in region for mediocre facility, and now the cruise port fees will be nice and phat. Is PpP really good for the gander or is it really smoke and mirrors only good for the goose. I almost think it would be better to go back to old ways of the 80s sometimes where the govt just stole businesses from private individuals

Funny that systemic deficiencies are well known in the financial aspect of govt for 50 years but yet everything stays the same. I say let's all just stop paying taxes entirely and see what happens.

why do insurance people love to talk in double speak? So instead of 2% of replacement cost we are looking at 3%? or are they saying that the cost of construction has gone up so everyone should increase their policy amount? Such an insidious business it is. We all know the house always wins so shy does the house always complain?

opens the door to not paying taxes ever... I mean if they don't need to pay then why do I?

great points. have been involved in blood drives in Abaco which are a huge logistical nightmare. 100 pints can be found in 1 day in Abaco but getting the donations back to NP or FPO are a costly challenge on the order of private charter plane before the sun goes down as the only way to transport before it spoils. some legislative help in this regard my aid collection of donations rather than relying on the callous capital city.
