I think it is time to dispose of price controls on fuel entirely. Let competition and the free open market determine price. The one on east bay would probably get 10 cents more than the station down carmichael but then the land and rent on East Bay is probably higher than Carmichael and makes sense that the 2 would have slightly different prices based on the demographic and the location.

i'm at a loss for words over the sheer audacity of the statement. This is not helping the problem is it making it worse. Perhaps, just maybe, it might be a better approach for the BUT (of the joke) to spend time helping the new recruits get settled and get better with their English skills rather than running to the public like a poor baby who lost its sucker. Um... does anyone really believe this? The true story is that with the change of administrashun we had a change in General Contractor, a new architect and new staff, new workers. They needed to ensure 'their' people did it because only 'their' people can do it 'properly'. meanwhile all the available donated funds for this project got redirected and this now falls entirely on the public purse. Caverns really? I saw the footings being dug. The footings were at least 4 feet below grade and 24" wide. surely a solid poured steel reinforced concrete beam 2 feet by 2 feet can suitably cross an opening in the ground? but who am i? just a nobody
