Agree if its a taxi spot then only taxi should park there. however taxis should not park in other spots then. in addition they should not park on the generational land (i believe it is) at the corner of the Pointe (which they tried to put a park on), or wherever they feel like by western esplande. Every day i see taxi drivers and drivers break the law, so i hope the police would enforce the law on all.
Ahh the old bring up you are doing some about Foreigners scam.. Expect this time next year there will be more and this is all talk. I'm fairly sure what this unit is being set up to do is meant to already being done by the Work permit process. So effectively Government is admitting that these departments are not doing their job.
Yes they have done some good, however there is a lot of bad as well. After driving to work today I take it that the ministers are off traveling so much they don't have to drive on our roads. I have never seen them in such a bad state for so long. Is there anyone actually working at MOW?
Why anyone would want to live or have an office downtown is beyond me. A couple of times each month Bay street is closed making it a hassle to get to. Much better to live outside the town and be able to get to work or your home in an easy fashion.
Ahh the old show of force by the police. When nothing else works they do this. They have been doing it for decades and still haven't realized that it doesn't work except by making law abiding citizens sit in longer traffic jams. Expect to hear about another round of this in a couple months.
