I Can't understand how anyone can think martial rape is OK. Its not. Are you that pathetic that you have to force yourself on a woman because you are unable to get her to want to? Anyway as i've said before at least this seems to be an older person's issue so over time it will change. Just hope its quicker then current.
I don't know why people are worried about what people like Major say. The more they say it the less people go to church. In the long run they will be a relic of a bygone age, and no one will care. The younger people do not listen to people like him as much and just laugh at his foolishness. Most of the people who agree with him will be from the older generation, so ain't long till their views are gone.
What else are the retailers meant to do. Like many they have told the government they need a change, and like many nothing has happened. government will say they understand but they don't want to cause any more pain on the public. If government was really sincere they would cu their fuel duty by an amount that they can give to the retailers. but they won't do that.
AS long as Government ensures that Wendy's has to pay the necessary fees to keep the surrounding area clear (all fast food shops should have to do this) and it meets the necessary requirements then it should occur. If Atlantis and others feel so anti it just close the exits from marina Village to that area
Umm a business has every right to point out issues that may potentially affect it. As long as they go about it legally who cares. RCI has said it would lead to 2-300 jobs. The real question is how many jobs will be lost if RCI goes ahead. If it is less then this then it makes sense to do it. If more then there is little sense. Jobs that are lost will be from a number of different areas, be it from Atlantis who won't need as many water park employees as less cruise passengers use the water park, or the taxis that take the passengers to Atlantis, or stores etc on Bay street. But as always no survey is done on the negatives of a project just the supposed positives.

So once a woman has sex they can never be raped. Great thinking.

How is force shown in other cases? Or should we just not have that law as it's too hard to prove?

If they did that they could pay off most of the debt. But that also means doing their job so highly doubtful.
