I am on here for exactly the same reason.. Im looking for Dwayne Campbell who has been missing since November. He is Jamaican and had paid for boat to take him and friend to Bahamas/Usa. 'Captain' of boat not answering his phn and Dwayne's family frantic.. no one heard from them..
