Yes it should. "It's The Bahamas". This is so embarrassing coming from our Ministry of Tourism. For them to launch a campaign where the name of our country is not correct....ugh. I know I should read the news more often but every time I do I feel sick.
Please explain how you differ from the average "oh your Bahamians". Are you taking to the streets, or waiting for enough people to do it to make you feel safe to join in? Is your complaining any more significant than the complaints of the average Bahamian? I get so tired of us constantly calling others out for doing the same thing we do all the time.
Nice detective work but all irrelevant. Reasoning like that is why we're at this point now - excusing the murders of some people, as if their lives are worth less than others.
So because there have been other environmental wrongs done we should not try to prevent this one? And persons who speak out against this wrong are political slaves. Let me ask, what did you do to prevent the wrongs done in the past - for those boat owners that you are so passionate about? I'm going to guess you did nothing but deride those who actually are trying to make a difference. You claim to love The Bahamas rory, but it's clear you really love having a platform to call people slaves and to tell them to pick cotton when they disagree with you, without impunity.
It's okay Patrick...the black crabs will get it together one day, hopefully not too long after you find a location for the water park you're opening in a month or so.
When you have the time, please explain to me how you managed to get a group discount for $400 which would cover airfare, accommodations and entry to several theme parks in Florida. That's truly amazing. That alone is enough to make me believe that you are able to erect a water park with absolutely no approvals from any government ministry, because you are not a foreigner. (Bahamians can't even do that to build a house, but a water park? No approvals necessary, right?)
NEMA needs to advise as to what purpose this TEST served. It seems pretty pointless to me, unless its purpose was to force everyone to realize how ill-equipped this nation is to deal with anything of that magnitude.
