Economist says...

A coalition of opposition parties group together. Yes, some will run candidates against each other in some but not all constituencies so that they can have a good effort and hopefull win enough together to form a government of two or more parties.

The UK did this between 2010 and 2015 with the Prime Minsiter being from the largest party and the Deputy Prime Minister coming from the next largest party.

Economist says...

I agree, sorry I did not make myself clear above. This is What the Westminster system is all about.

Economist says...

Agreed

Economist says...

This is not about parties but about a coalition of the opposition. It is done al over the world.
Chris is ok and LBT isn't trying to change the DNA.
Don't over complicate this.

Economist says...

When he had the power he was unable to pull the opposition together.

LBT and Bran are at least showing signs of a coalition of the opposition.

She has already shown that she is a better debater and now a better negotiator.

Resign Minnis and set the FNM free.

Economist says...

LBT has shown that she can cut a deal with Bran to bring the opposition together. Bran is not a fool so that took good negotiating skills.

That is one to LBT over Minnis. He was never able to do that.

I will continue to watch and hope. But hope I have that the Bran and LBT Coalition can do something for the good of us all..

Economist says...

Minis had handed the country to the PLP. The question is if the LBT and Bran coalition can save it from the PLP.

Economist says...

You mean those out of date political relics that make up the executive and their old age hangers on?

Economist says...

The one you need to get rid of is Minnis not the 7 MPs.

It seems that the FNM Executive are intent on trying to ram down our throats a man the electorate don't want.

They will kill the party if they keep on with their out of touch ways.

Economist says...

Millenial242 is correct. This looks like a coalition for the common good. It gives me hope.
