Welcome to the real world. They do it in all countries. The Bahamas has a reputation for low productivity and labour problems.

For multinational companies, If there is low productivity or labour is a problem then close down and go where labour is not a problem.

So take the Government to Court if they have not acted properly.

They are both making promises that they have no intention of keeping.

None of their economic ideas are complete and neither have the balls to fix the Civil Service which is perhaps the biggest cause of waste in this country.

The fact that the Civil Service is not accountable to anyone means that they don't process things in a timely manner.

Note he left out the dangerous fatty and fried fast foods. Salt, sugar and trans fats are the enemy.

This will be interesting. It can be the defining moment for the DNA.
There is now no difference between the PLP and the FNM so it is up to the DNA that they are a viable alternative.

Save The Bays has done The Bahamas a great service. NGO's (bnt, breef, bhs, basara, red cross, to name a few) provide valuable services throughout The Bahamas and, indeed, the world.

Mr. Fitzgerald's actions put, not only all NGO's but our entire Financial Services at risk. I can only hope that the Court of Appeal is as harsh, if not harsher, on Mr. Fitzgerald for his irresponsible behavior.

He talked about de-stabilization, his actions, if not punished, were destabilizing in every sense of the word.

At long last a politician who has a conscience. Good job Mr. Gomez.

It is about time that someone called these banks out.

From what I have seen CIBC is the worst.

"**All talk and no action**" is the FNM party slogan.

Turnquest never targets an individual, he all was speaks in vague terms. That way he never has to face anyone down. It also means that no one has to respond to his comments.

Be a man and call someone out on Carnival

The whole convention shows why Dr. Minnis is totally unsuitable to run this country. FNM has confirmed that it is no different than the PLP. The results will be the same no mater which party is in power. A vote for the PLP or a vote for the FNM is all the same.

For those who voted Yellow in the last election, you can vote Yellow again as a vote for Red will not make any difference thanks to Dr. Minnis.
