No doubt, in this case, the shareholders are also on the Board of Directors. It is the Directors, not the shareholders, who call the shots in an incorporated company.

Need to change the General Orders for the Civil Service to improve efficiency. They are the biggest impediment to easy of doing business.
The current system is designed to frustrate the young educated hard working Civil Servant from doing his/her job and keep the status quo resulting in the country loosing out.
The point is that we MUST improve our economy. To do that we will need to rid ourselves of our xenophobia and homophobia.
Looking at the way the Bahamas Christian Council says little to nothing about the major items that impact our economy like theft, murder, adultery (and the rest of the Ten Commandments) and focuses on homosexuals and LGBT it seems that we continue to wallow in our miserably poor economy and high unemployment.
The GBPA has failed Freeport on every level. Only time we see Sarah St. George is when she is announcing something that others are doing. Like the Airport the other day.
OriginalBey is right. I remember passing by one morning 20 years ago and they had two asues going. One was for $500 a week and the other $300. Some of the vendors were in both.
You can find $800 a week for asue but can't find $37.40 a week for rent?
