Many of us who have sat on various boards or committees don't get paid anything, not even compensated for travel to and from a meeting.

It is called giving back to the community. If you had done this you would not be making such sweeping statements.

You should try giving back, it can be good for the soul.

Also we are not in the WTO which would give us some protection.

But wait, most Bahamians are fighting against The Bahamas joining. Go figure.

Minister when you have found out where all the money is going (Tribune article 2016 about the Ministry of Health not being able to account for over $100 million) then come back to us and we the Bahamian people will listen.

"There is nothing to suggest that Deltec, Ansbacher and their respective executives/Boards have done anything wrong in relation or Ortega or the wider money laundering scandal."

That comment is significant as it would appear that no accusations, of wrong doing, have been made against The Bahamas in this matter.

"If you take for example the (cases of) Tynes, or Takitota, who were all given many decades ago $300,000 to $700,000 in damages for illegal arrest and detention."

That is Harvey Tynes Q.C. He is Bahamian. And, you guessed it, Fred Smith took his case and won.

PHA is a deep whole into which we poor money. Until there is a proper accounting of how the money is spent I am 100% against NHI.

Remember 2016 Tribune report stating that Min of Health could not account for 100 million dollars.
