Well in actuality, given the amount of Haitian citizens living in the Bahamas, this would be a viable business move. Since the infrastructure is already there it would even make it practical. But on the other hand, as you mentioned, the rates would never compare to Digicel,Voila or Natcom!

I can say for sure that Bahamians are second-class citizens in their own country. This all boils down to Bahamian officials greed for money.
