While I agree that we do need two new two new Fish Fry's however I don't think theybwould be suitable in southern nor western new providence seeing that those areas are where most residential communities are and then having to deal with the influx of traffic and noise. Well I think the Davis administration should put more funding towards Dr. Carlos Reid's Shock Treatment Program so that way it can reach the troubled young men in our society.
moncurcool it also puzzling that almost for 3 decades with all of these committees that we have to advocate against gang violence in this country and not one has been successful at curbing this growing gang war that is plaguing our nation. It's sad how some church leaders like Pastor Carlos Reid that has been advocating for years against the growing gang culture for 25 years has had little succcess in getting the full support of the wider community.
Since Nassau is no longer the hub for merchant ports and also no longer the epicenter for for retail commerce then Cooper should focus on making Freeport the center of retail commerce and international trade. However, Freeport has the infrastructure and space to make it happen
newcitizen I wonder why past administrations and even the current one won't invest more in BTVI and UB so we can have more technical programs and trades in the Bahamas. That way there won't be a shortage of bahamians in certain trades like masonry, carpentry, drywall and tiling.
Even though there is a lot of backlash from younger generation bahamians as it relates to the statue however I feel like the government should repair the damage and leave it in place for the purpose for tourist attraction.
