While I understand your view of backyard farming however there aren't many bahamians that have their own home where they can plant stuff in their own backyard and further more even the ones that have their own backyard can't farm on a large scale because they're property isn't that big.

Actually property owners whose property is on the beach have a right to restrict people from trespassing over their land to access the beach besides if I owned a beachfront property I would feel very uncomfortable if anyone could just walk in my yard as they please.

tribanon well the average working class Bahamian cannot afford a piece of property nor a house in western new providence more particularly on west bay street. What do you suggest the government do to make land available for bahamians in the area?

My question is that if the previous government has collected close to $9 billion in vat taxes over the past 3 years then why wasn't some of that money used to pay off our national debt?
