TalRussell while I agree with your point about affordable land and housing however, I would disagree with placing a low income residential neighborhood near a beach or coastal area. I'm pretty sure you'd hate to see another ghetto like Nassau Village or Pinewood near saunders beach or Orange Hill unless you want favelas in the Bahamas like we see in places like Brazil and Colombia.

John actually Marvin Dames is not the blame for how these young men turn out in life. The blame should be placed on the parents and guardians of how they raise their kids.

Mandela actually the majority of the high-end real estate developments are in areas like out west that are really expensive.

Tribanon you're acting like the Bahamas was the only country to impose lockdowns when other nations in the region like the US, Canada and even most EU nations had lockdowns and curfews.

Tribanon in case you didn't know Marlon Johnson is very qualified to have the post of financial secretary in the ministry of finance. He hold a bachelor's and a masters degree in economics.
