If, as Darville suggests, he could have received the treatment he needed here in The Bahamas, then why on earth would he choose to greatly enrich a foreign medical facility and foreign medical personnel rather than have the costs of his treatment spent here in our country?!

3) Our PM was elected and is paid to be on the job as much as possible given the responsibilities, duties and frequent urgent demands made on his official office. With that in mind, he should have received his treatment in The Bahamas to avoid the inordinate delay in his return to our country because of his inability to travel during his post-op recovery period.

These are the inescapable truths that all speak to the very poor judgment exercised by Davis and the lame excuses now being made by Darville on his behalf. Both Davis and Darville must take all of us to be fools.

There's much I could say here, but why bother when Chester the Jester is all smiles as the bag man for the ill-gotten gains received from the corrupt owners and operators of the cruise ship companies, like Royal Caribbean, Carnival, etc.

This crooked PLP government has done zilch to pivot our tourism product away from the floating hotels, that contribute little if anything to our domestic economy, and towards many more air arrival visitors who actually do contribute something to our economy.

Wow! Just look at all of the big-wigs here who are going to received exceptionally generous levels of fee income at the expense of assessed property taxes that should have been paid into the public treasury. Now that's truly sickening.

PM Davis obviously thought he needed his new luxury BMW, beautifully "re-purposed" plane, and opulent seized yacht, more so than the Bahamian people needed to see the Olympic Games broadcast on ZNS TV.
