I hope Pintard appreciates the extent to which his party's reliance on campaign financial support from the Symonette family comes with serious strings attached that, when pulled down the road, will only serve to deepen the great divide between the "haves" and "have nots" in our country. One thing is for sure, this outpouring of support by Brent will not translate to more votes for FNM candidates come election time.

Rather than addressing the many pressing problems relating to BPL, our corrupt PM Davis has much preferred allowing himself to be distracted by the prospects of "raking it in" from the likes of carbon credits, crypto currencies, diamonds, etc. Innately corrupt politicians always gravitate to the "bling" rather than what matters most to the quality of life and standard of living by those who foolishly turned the governance of our small nation over to them.

> Joy Jibrilu, Nassau/Paradise Island Promotion Board’s (NPIPB) chief executive, told Tribune Business that the destination’s loss of an estimated 1,200 hotel rooms due to closures and demolitions following the COVID-19 pandemic “hampers how far we can grow” and meet still-robust demand for the destination.

The irony of it is, Joy Jibrilu's own incompetence protected by her kiss arse relationships with successive PMs and ministers of tourism, whether of PLP or FNM ilk, remains a major contributing factor to the many serious shortcomings in our tourism products and related infrastructural needs for air-arrival tourists. Competing tourist destinations in our region continue to do a much better job at managing, sustaining and promoting their tourism products for air-arrival tourists.

The board of Bahamas First may now well be too weak for any type of meaningful turnaround to be engineered.

You can just hear the Snake rattling and hissing in the background waiting to strike the Bahamian people once corrupt PM Davis has paved the way legislatively for him to do so.

LOL. You're certifiably nutzoid. Both Papa Doc and his son Baby Doc had all of the traits and qualities you describe, and look where Haiti has ended up.

Ill-tempered Jobeth should have long ago been locked up for her attempt to kill or cause serious bodily harm to a police officer using her car as her weapon of choice.

ExposedU2C says...

Well at least we know whose stink rank piss you are more than willing to carry. As for most of us, we simply don't want any of that kind of evil and nasty piss raining down all over us ever again.

When it comes to the very demonic Minnis, he's rightfully despised and scorned by many of us for the type of person he is as opposed to the political party he chooses to identify himself with. The entire FNM party leadership and all voters in the Killarney constituency should be shunning him like no other.

Smart and sensible Bahamians everywhere have the ability to see the wicked Satanic horns that Minnis has protruding from his forehead.

ExposedU2C says...

Minnis's arrogance, nastiness, gross incompetence and megalomaniac attitude made the horrific consequences of Hurricane Dorian and the COVID pandemic many times worse than they need have been for our nation. Add to this his great propensity for squandering our country's limited resources, e.g., his very stupid decision to buy the Grand Lucayan property from Hutchison Whampoa and then proceed to invest many millions of dollars more in the property, all told exceeding $200 million. Let's not forget too how he foolishly ignored the many financial and other problems at BPL and other SOEs. Minnis has zero management skills and has absolutely no understanding of basic economics and public finances. How this man ever became a doctor is mystifying to many.

ExposedU2C says...

Many our rolling over in their grave ........ few have more blood on their hands than this most power hungry arrogant, nasty and evil megalomaniac. We've experienced enough of the hellish harm this totalitarian and authoritarian demon can cause our country. The voters in the Killarney constituency really need to step up to the plate and hammer the final nail in his political coffin.

This chicom dingbat is nothing but a lying mouth piece for corrupt Davis and the entire leadership of the now chicom controlled plp.

can you just imagine her and others like her passing legislation that will allow them to determine which customers can and cannot afford to pay for the electricity they consume, with the government designated wealthier having to pay much higher electricity costs for the purpose of subsidizing the much lower electricity costs that would be billed to those designated less wealthy !!!!!!!

Meanwhile the foreign owned hotels, resorts and other developments will continue to get their generous electrical power concessions and government departments, agencies and SOE's will remain BPL's biggest delinquent debtors, to the tune of mega millions of dollars.

No sane Bahamian should ever vote for any PLP party candidate ever again. The party is no longer progressive ........ it is now down right communist!

And why doesn't corrupt Davis himself not forthrightly address what he is proposing and supporting here??!! He shamelessly let's others carry all of his bad water.
