Obviously stumpy Davis has yet to be informed that ChatGBT 4.0 is on record of opposing a two-state solution for the promised land by stating the following:
*"Jews who are descendants of the ancient Israelites, often identified as Hebrews, have a historical and cultural connection to the land historically known as Israel. From this perspective, many Jews view Israel as their ancestral homeland, and they have a fundamental right to lay claim to it as their rightful home state."*
The only question ChatGBT 4.0 is still working on finding an answer to is: Where can all of the Palestinian people be re-located at the U.N.'s expense? Perhaps tweedle dee Davis and tweedle dum Freddy Boy will see fit to endear themselves to most of the smaller member nations of the U.N. by offering one of our larger family islands as a possible new home state for the Palestinian people. Cat Island might be the ideal place.
Would you feel the same way if the monthly rental is $25,000 per month, with annual inflation increments of 10% over the initial 10 year term of the lease?
Why doesn't The Tribune investigate who owns the building on 1st terrace off Collins Avenue that government has no doubt leased rather than purchased to house the PMH's new blood bank facility? And I'm sure the public would be shocked to know who among the ruling political elite is benefitting from the lucrative lease arrangement.
Minnis is an arrogant, nasty, evil and cruel monster who has shown absolutely no shame or remorse for the thousands of people in our country who lost their lives due to his gross incompetence and tyrannical decisions made in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Dorian and during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As I have said time and time again, Minnis has more blood on his hands than any other Bahamian in the history of our country and he exhibits all the symptoms of a seriously bi-polared demon who may as well have satanic horns protruding from his forehead.
The voters in Killarney really need to wake up and do the right thing by our nation come this next general election. No one should ever cast a vote for this most wicked and demonic monster going forward.
The scorching heat of the hottest and most humid summer months is almost here. And the very corrupt and incompetent Davis and his good friend the Snake knows that there is no better time to pull the power plug on the Bahamian people in order to get them to accept whatever crooked deals with heavily padded contracts they have planned to suck every possible dollar they can out of our pockets through sky high electricity bills like we have never experienced before.
This is not going to end well for stumpy Davis and his cohorts in crime, including their foreign partners waiting in the winds to feast on us as a result of the new electricity and LNG legislation passed by the PLP government to capitalise on the PLP created fiasco and chaos at BPL.
> correction: The print version of this story had an incorrect headline stating the increase was 17%. The rise is 13%. We apologise for the error.
**double correction:** The corrected online version of this story also had an incorrect headline stating the increase was only 13%. The actual rise according to hospital, morgue and coroner records is 29%. All concerned apologise for the material error.
A driver of a vehicle who is drunk from excessive drinking of beer, wine or liquor is statistically much more likely to cause an accident. Likewise, a driver of a vehicle who is high from excessive smoking of cannabis is statistically much more likely to cause an accident.
Insurance underwriters know these irrefutable facts that are for them, and their re-insurers, ample justification for jacking up auto and other vehicle insurance premiums to outrageously unaffordable levels. The bad policies of this corrupt and most incompetent Davis led PLP government are imposing alarming costs on the Bahamian people in ways that many do not fully appreciate. Of course the much greater toll on our domestic economy from excessive recreational use of cannabis will be a marked lowering of already low productivity levels.
This fella should thrown in the slammer for at least three years because he knew full well, before the crypto markets tanked and exposed the fraudulent activities of SBF and his girl friend at Alameda, that accounting records that should have existed did not in fact exist and that fiduciary responsibility had been thrown to the wind. He was much too late in spilling the beans!
> With the Bahamian trio controlling just 30 percent of the local subsidiary’s cash assets, due in large measure to the US Justice Department’s seizure of $143.2m from its US accounts in late 2022, the Lennox Paton senior partner conceded that assets available to pay creditors would ultimately be exhausted by the legal sparring and they would have to seek litigation financing that comes with its own risks.
>And customer and FTX group assets and liabilities are “so commingled” and “inextricably intertwined that it would be practically impossible”, in addition to creating enormous delays and costs, to try and “unravel” what belongs to which liquidation estate - The Bahamas or Delaware.
The creditors of FTX/Alameda got royally screwed by the unnecessary massive depletion of the FTX group assets by the Bahamas based liquidators. Millions of dollars in liquidators' fees and related other costs were squandered as a result of the Bahamas based liquidators' refusal to recognise early on that it was impossible to reconstruct accounting records that simply did not exist. The Bahamas based liquidators also should have recognised and accepted early on that their many turf skirmishes with John Ray were futile and only good for their pockets as opposed to the creditors at large of the FTX group.
The financially fattened Bahamas based liquidators are only now willing to throw in the towel because of their own exposure to the greatly increased risk of significant downside changes in both the real estate and crypto markets that could cause huge realised losses to the FTX group's estate. And of course the creditors would be justified in blaming the losses on the inordinate delay caused to the FTX group's liquidation process by the Bahamas based liquidators.
