Slo Mo Sears needs to toss in the towel. His gross incompetence over many years has caused great harm to our country and the vast majority of its people.
Government departments and agencies are among BPL's biggest delinquent customers....in other words, government itself, owes BPL mega millions of dollars. And government departments and agencies, not to mention governemt corporations, do not give a flying hoot about how much they owe BPL because they know BPL will never turn off their lights!!!
> "This raises the possibility that multiple Bahamian and Bahamas-based witnesses may be summoned to appear at Mr Bankman-Fried’s trial."
The US attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York really need only call one key Bahamian witness: Allyson Maynard-Gibson, a/k/a The Wicked Witch of The West. And after she testifies, she should be locked-up in a U.S. prison forever more for the role she all too willingly played in SBF's swindling of billions of dollars from innocent customer of FTX.
Too late! Also too late to call for an investigation of the elected and other senior government officials who regularly attended Nygard's wild Lyford Cay parties at which young women were subjected to the worst kinds of abuse.
And The Tribune refuses to allow its readers to comment on the Nygard trial that has been going on in Toronto for weeks now. Shame on The Tribune for not letting its readers comment on the disclosures made in the court filings in Toronto about the abusive conduct of certain of our country's elected and other senior government officials.
