LMAO.

No one in the public is buying these tickets. Government departments and agencies are buying these tickets at the taxpayers' expense and then giving them to their employees (government workers) as a Christmas gift.

Can't keep the lights on in the Summer months; can't keep the potable water flowing in Eleuthera and many other places; can't keep the traffic lights working; can't keep most of the roads paved; etc.; etc.; etc. And now Tracy Cooper tells us Bahamasair can't keep its planes in the air. Why am I not at all surprised?

The word "jewellery" instantly caught my eye.

P.S. The Bahamas will eventually be "dumped" by the profiteering foreign marauders when the levels of social unrest and crime become too great for even them to bear, as has been the case for so many other nations raped, pillaged and plundered to the point of becoming little more than a failed state.

Unfortunately neither the FNM nor the PLP will ever be the answer to digging ourselves out of the deep financial hole and social mess these two political parties have created. And it may be too late now to take our nation back from the corrupt and elitist political ruling class who have sold us out to their favoured cronies and financial backers, both local and foreign.

Whenever the very tyrannical, authoritarian and ruthlessly evil Minnis dares to speak, my mind immediately goes to all of the people who needlessly died in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Dorian and during the COVID epidemic because of his gross incompetence and egomaniacal stupidity in the way he dealt with both of those crises. This quack has proven he is no leader by any stretch of one's imagination. It's a crying shame Pintard is not as strong a leader as he should be thereby allowing Minnis a voice to continue bullying his way in the political arena.

And then there is the more than two hundred million dollars ($200,000,000+) of taxpayers' funds and government borrowings that he so foolishly squandered by buying the Grand Lucayan Hotel property from the Communist Chinese (Hutchison Whampoa) and then attempting to renovate the hopelessly dilapidated property.

Voters in the Killarney constituency really need to kick this evil quack out of the political arena forevermore. Our country deserves so much better than the likes of him!

ExposedU2C says...

All too true.

Yup, just as corrupt PM Davis has all along known what has been going on in more recent times.

This is all part of the greedy Snake's efforts to eventually commandeer the energy industry for the entire Bahamas. This has grave national security consequences that the corrupt Davis led PLP administration chooses to continue ignoring to the detriment of the Bahamian people. No small group of wealthy individuals led by Snake should ever be allowed to have complete control of our country's vitally important energy sector.
