I pray no one is intentionally going after police officers. These persons risk their lives daily. Regardless how we feel about these officers, we have no one other than them and Jesus, to call when there is a crime. I am sure there are too numerous to count honest officers out there. I will not comment pertaining to whether any government cares truly for its people, but I agree these government facilities are looking deplorable. On the family islands in particular the schools are run down. They are located on hills near the ocean and not even fenced in. Also in 2014 teachers have rooms separated by a piece of sheetrock which does not extend to the ceiling. Thus it is incredibly hard to have two teachers teaching simultaneously. Let us not talk about the clinics which are also in need of repair, and are normally out of supplies such as birth control for those who wish to control their life by controlling their fertility.
So MP's please don't speak about new government buildings for meetings, when schools that were damaged in fires have not been rebuilt or better yet, classes are now held in a lodge hall as the school roof was damaged last hurricane season. Government when you start to do your part, then maybe I can see why you need to highly tax me. By the way all of these schools and the clinic mentioned are in Eleuthera.

I agree with your statements... This is such a disgraceful thing to say and where it could be recorded and broadcasted worldwide, but sadly a lot of people feel that way. I have heard people say if their boss would pay them more, they wouldn't have to take things from the company. They claim they are taking what they are owed. Where have our morals, integrity, and character gone? No wonder the country is experiencing anarchy....
