My mother's advice was "starve a fever" i.e. If we aren't going to have people with credentials (from respected schools or organizations) then we don't need an additional mouth to feed on Government payroll.
Having lived on Grand Bahama East End since 1955 I can compare folly to benefits to the Bahamas, it’s natural beauty, then it’s people, remembering all of this lives and dies regularly.
