Every time Dames opens his mouth he speaks of a new crime initiative that entails covering hotspots. These vehicles that he is speaking about apparently are mostly SUVs. ( if you recall when the budget was allocated for the vehicles the police stated that most of the vehicles will be SUVs). My first thought was that the SUVs Will be top of the line and are for the big shots to drive about in. On the list there were also a few squad cars for the streets, ATVs and seguays.
