Black people need to be careful in Europe. There are a whole lot of African migrants running around over there and the white folks don't like it. They see you and think you're one of the Africans invading their country.

In 2015 the reasons Fidelity gave for ending the Western Union franchise were "de-risking", "increased compliance cost" and "higher bank fees in various jurisdictions to process the receipts of its money". The longer these number houses operate the more negative impacts it will have.
The IMF is designed to lend more money to Nations than they can afford to pay back then impose heavy taxation. Nothing surprising here. Next step is bankruptcy then they come in and steal everything.
