leaders can take you only as far as they themselves have gone!!! Bahamas, by whatever means, you all need to wake up and overthrow this worthless two party government system that is in place. The youths and strength of our Country is being destroyed owing to incompetence and visionless governance.
I read the headline portion of this article highlighting comments that may or may not have said by the daughter of Sir Lynden. There is no "negativity" about Sit Lynden other than that which maybe is miniscule and no doubt common to all men. That is why Sir Lynden's family has to realize that it is not just their duty to defend his legacy, it is for all of us, irrespective of political, social or religious divide. We who has had to take on responsibility with little show of gratitude from those to whom our labor would benefit. I resent anyone highlighting or pronouncing special emphasis connotating any negativity of Sir Lynden; and thereby, leaving the mind to wonder. We all had and have negative aspects to our lives. But Sir Lynden was a good man and we should be proud of that. We could not have gotten a better leader for the times we came through back then... we were all crows on the ground and he raised up many to soar high like eagles. You have to feel this to know this. Remember, "Son of man can these bones live?" Please let us not cater to this rubbish.
Bahamas, please help the Democratic National Alliance (DNA) to see to it that Dr. Minnis be allowed to live out his dreams come the next election. Thank you.
As it pertains to the captioned heading, the editor is absolutely wrong. There is someone who can do something about it. me, godson andrew johnson, aka nicodemus!
Yeah I think you have a valid point and no one will take him as a person to whom they can come out and disclose. Might as well just go to the news media.
The question I am struggling with is wether not he is prepared to use his new found power to deal with improprieties done under the PLP administration when he served as Deputy Prime Minister.
I personally have a file that is ready for investigation and decision.
While I concede that my law school colleague and fellow graduate is a bit too ideological with regards to Constitutional law on the point of 'Separation of Powers', you, on the other hand, is far off base.
'Separation of Powers' is theoretically taught in law school as an ideal of the Rule of Law but, in The Bahamas, the breach of this was too flagrant and served to cover base for each incoming and outgoing government administration.
