Ok, why would Commissioner call the Superintendent in Bimini and tell him to look into the matter?. I am sure he would have done that without the call. How many police officers are there in Bimini? this is not a huge operation and I would guess, if the arrest happened during office hours, the Superintendent would have heard about it anyway.
