well I think MPs should be publicly embarrassed for not complying and I don't think it is the PMs call about criminal charges and/or fines should be levied. I am glad that the public discussion has brought the sitting ducks of the Public Disclosure Commission back to life.
So we let someone run BEC that complaints and whines about the electricity bill for a business he built that is not profitable and oversized? Wow, after the Voodoo Economists in the Government we also have Voodoo Entrepreneurs running Government Businesses.
well the reality is that auditors reflect that status of agreements and accounts, and the management provides the data to them. so its very simple, the transfer has no been done. This government is not even able to take money off the table if it is sitting there. Unless it is for the pockets of individuals of course.
