Judicial reviews come as a result of the Govt not following the law. How can this Minister have the unmitigated gall to place blame for any job losses as a result of any illegal project approvals at the feet of those petitioning the courts for justice? These whackos really think they are above the law! This is shameful but oh so common from these power hungry nutcases!
Our prison is the worse of the worse....I wouldn't last a month in there either....I guess that's why I don't kill people....do the crime...do the time...even for rich white people of privilege.
I have a grave difficulty with employers not paying a decent wage to their workers, and using automatic gratuities as an excuse. I might as well mention that I have a problem with automatic gratuities as well! If you can not afford to pay your employees then do the work yourself.
Shocking!! Well...not shocking. Any time we hear of malfeasance in public office with impunity, we are reminded that the PLP is in power. Sad state we are in.
The govt was never asked to pay salaries in the first place. Them paying sets a dangerous precedent and will ultimately come back to haunt this lousy fumbling administration.
Your argument has been proven mute in 2001 when the minimum wage was increased to $150. Have you tried living on 700 a month? It is impossible. As for your position on the court ruling...it does no such thing. It does not suggest that officers can refuse to be called to duty. What it does say, is if they are called to work 50 percent more hours, that they should be compensated...either by overtime pay, or rest time. You cant just move a 40 hour week to 60 hours and say tough luck.

Likewise, my bill was overestimated in October. I was shocked but I paid it in full. My new bill came out today, and was $5.00 plus vat.

Surprising to see this level of writing from Neil Hartnell. It was irritatingly repetitive. Kept saying the same thing over and over.
