I dont believe that because the decision is flawed the citizens behaviour should not change. I expect my neighbour, co worker, etc to have consideration for me in how they move knowing that their is a pandemic, knowing that the original decision is flawed or has loopholes, knowing that travel is allowed. That is not born out of my politics, or any attempt to blame anyone, thats based the reality that covid is here, people will and some will not get vaccinated, and life has to move on.
