Gowon, haven't you heard?, the rating agencies are threatening further downgrades if we don't get our financial house in order. We need to cut costs NOW, we don't have the luxury of being able to ease these PLP politically appointed civil servants out of jobs. Minnis and the FNM have a job to do, let them get on with it.
Why is the Tribune entertaining comments from this relic of the past? Roberts has absolutely nothing to contribute to the conversation about how we restore our country following five years of rape and pillage at the hands of the PLP.
The government needs to keep BoB as it is the only bank that will take tainted web shop money. Also, Bimini needs a bank and BoB is the only show in town. Unless government wants to reverse the PLP's web shop legislation, the cabinet is stuck with having to maintain BoB.
The PLP can become a much stronger force if its parliamentarians stop thieving from the public purse!!! But that is like telling a dog not to bark. Ain't never gonna happen because the PLP is corrupt at its core. The only hope for a strong opposition is for these criminal dogs to disband and a new party to emerge minus anyone who has ever served as a PLP MP. I doubt this will happen. Unfortunately the PLP is a reflection of the people that votes for them. Until we change the mindset of PLP supporters their corrupt party will always be around like a scab that won't heal.
Misleading headline by The Tribune. It reads like a statement of fact but it is merely Roberts' propaganda designed to delude the uneducated. Anything Roberts says must be ignored - he and the PLP at large have lost the right to engage the populace in discussion about the health of the country. I just hope the electorate NEVER forgets how close these criminals came to destroying The Bahamas. Roberts should sit small like his "dear leader" Christie. This is the time for honest men and women to step up and rescue this Nation. What a job Minnis and his cabinet have been given thanks to these f*ckers.
I too have heard so many good stories about New Providence Community Church and The Presbyterian Kirk. These are two genuine church communities that don't preach politics.
