I am a taxi driver have a badge for more than 30 yrs. and don't own a taxi plate. lease one but the so call owner came and took it back. after my down payment finish. something else is needed.

I under stand all this that is going on. but what about when you have had a plate for a long time and the owner come and takes it back.
