The association should require all vendors to pay a CAM (common area maintenance) fee and keep the area clean and maintained, including paint. You have to also do better.

I am absolutely sickened by stories like this. The Bahamas should be much more developed and advanced. Decades of corruption is why we are experiencing this human tragedy. We must hold the government accountable. Hopefully, Dr. Minnis can Institute measures that will change the culture.

Salvage all of these ill-built structures and transport them to the rear and side of Fred Smith's residence and let him deal with it in a humane manner. Is this for attention? Or should the Bar request a psychological evaluation for Mr. Smith?

John you are absolutely right. The state of the Bahamian healthcare system warrants Bahamians to eat healthy. Most of the health issues Bahamians are suffering with today was unheard of 20 years ago. Eat Bahamian food and live.

My beloved brother John of the 20 countries of the world with the highest murder rate per capita the Bahamas is ranked number 12. The RBPF must take an aggressive stance to curb this stain on the Bahamas. The criminal elements in the country must realize that if you point a gun at a

Tell me if this makes sense? Why not use non violent, low risk inmates to clean up Nassau and or the family islands. Not only is it cost effective but it also serves as a deterrent to at risk juveniles.
