One only has to look at Elbow Cay Abaco to see the changes brought by development at the pace of a runaway train. Despite the pleading of the local people to slow it down, it's quite obvious that the government is deaf and doesn't give a flying fish. They want the revenue and we can fish off.
If only Abaco produced millions of dollars per month in revenue for the government. Maybe then they'd fix our roads and invest in other infrastructure. If only.
Every administration sells us out to the mega wealthy foreign investors. Every one of them have fragile egos that need to be propped up and are swayed by colorful drawings and they're all looking for their side benefit$.
