It's because of situations like this that I have no faith in the police department. This should have been dealt with years ago.

I don't think this is abut confessing. This is about the amount of people dying in police custody. It can also help in court cases.

A friend works on Paradise Island and stated that a tornado hit the parking lot that she works knocking down the car wash and buckets of sand and almost blew off the roof on the wooden shed she was hiding in.
