Why didn’t Christie decide to bring such a facility completely from the ground or, at least , purchase the property outright rather than getting entangled in what can become a long term legal battle? When they tie the facility to one denomination it automatically excluded a lot of others who may not believe in that church’s principles or teachings. So such facilities should be generic . And the amount said to be already spent and the amounts needed to be spent to complete the facility is nothing less than exorbitant if not totally outrageous, not unlike the baseball stadium. Politicians must realize the real cost and opportunity costs of bringing these projects to a halt and even mothballing them strictly for selfish, political reasons. Of course Minnis may not have wanted to proceed with the school for other than political reasons but his performance as prime minister leaves him fully and totally unfit to hold that office again. Likewise for PErry Christie who squandered his last term in office at the expense of the Bahamian people.

So where are the animal lovers? Usually they would have came out in droves to offer kudos to The Amoury Company and their generous donation and also offer support to the Humane Society and the unceasing work they do with providing animal care and shelter. And it is unfortunate that a number of establishments that offer assistance to needy persons, including churches and soup kitchens, have also been the target of heartless thieves. As if it wasn’t that they break in and steal , but sometimes the damage they leave behind even compounds the loss.

On what authority does the CEO of Doctors Hospital speak when he says ‘A fourth wave is on the way,’ and there is definitely no data to support such claim? Whilst a fourth wave may be remotely possible, it is outrageous to make such claim in the absence of supporting data. What also appears patently counterproductive is those who are still pushing people to ‘go get vaccinated’. Or ‘take at least one booster shot.’ When ALL has agreed that NONE of the vaccines are effective against the Omicron variants. Virologists in South Africa, who were amongst the first to experience the omicron variants still suggest suspending vaccines in the absence of any other strains of Covid. And they strongly recommend persons who have recovered from Omicron NOT take the vaccines. The US has fallen from the number one spot it held for most of the pandemic for having the largest number of new cases to number seven. This following a 65 percent decline in new cases over the past few weeks. Russia now holds the number one spot and South Africa’s new cases has also fallen drastically. The UK has removed its mask mandate and also says persons who test positive for Covid no longer have to isolate.

Maybe one day we will find out exactly what the vaccines did. But we were at this point twice before. Relaxing the restrictions is fine but keep the response teams in place. Most believe this is the end of Covid, at least as a pandemic. Some countries are still experiencing high death rates so don’t throw caution to the wind

Do you know who set up the entire industry of bank secrecy and offshore banking? Do you the Federal Reserve is not owned and operated by the US government, but by a group of private bankers ? Do you know that when the US government ‘prints’ money, it is not really the US government, but a private company and the US taxpayers must pay interest on that ‘new’ money? Do you know that the US also had its offshore tax havens and bank secrecies that allows corporations and individuals to hold billions ‘offshore ‘ in the US and avoid disclosing ownership or paying taxes on same? Do you know the same countries that blacklist smaller countries like The Bahamad are the biggest violators of their own laws and regulations and never had any intentions f compliance? Do you know the Cayman Islands is the jewel in the UK’s crown and hold billions and billions in secret and tax evading bank accounts for the British rich and famous? Do you know that it was the Bahamas becoming independent and followed later by then PM Hubert Ingraham opening and willingness to open all the bank secrecy books that caused The Bahamad to lose it’s status as a leading offshore banking haven.. whilst all the countries that attempted to tighten the screws on this country (superfluous ) are still in operation as tax havens and offshore banking jurisdictions? “Buying in bulk does not help at a time like this, because you don’t know how the market will be in the next month or two. We just don’t know, and if you buy in bulk that means you have inventory sitting around in the stores for months and you can’t get rid of it. I think the best strategy is to just buy and sell as you go, because this thing may end and the prices may plummet.”
.
.
This statement is so true! Do you see what is happening in the US market right now? A lot of goods that did not make it to the market in time for the holiday and winter season are now on sale, some 50-70% off. Including Christmas decorations, gift items home furnishings and fix up items winter clothing and shoes, so even though it costs the retailers 50-70% more in freight costs to bring these goods in because of the shipping blockade, they are selling the goods 50-70% less because the merchandise arrived late. This is a way of the market correcting itself.

Any marriage or relationship that is built on sex or mostly on sec will not survive. Peoples feelings and desires change. And eventually either one partner or both will lose interest in sex. So if you don’t have other things in common, the relationship will fall apart.

I’m not nor hurt dude. Where did you ever even conceive that opinion? I head a very functional and close knit family down to grand children. So check your own self and correct your own self. Your attempt to silence me is futile. Maybe you are the hurt man. Marriage and family are living organisms. They come with challenges. Good times and bad. And like a fishing trip, the best catch is when the weather is bad. So take your sympathy for those anti-male females somewhere else duddy. You sound like a hen for real!

It is amazing how purported rape is being used to justify women with- holding wife duties and responsibilities from their husbands. Obviously you are a surfer of the Bible a shallow reader. Ignorant to the truth. And the true WORD. The Bible tells a woman she has a right to with-hold under certain circumstances. But the time/frame for which she can do it is limited else the devil will enter that relationship and eventually destroy it. So NO a man should NOT have to force his wife to submit. But some women go into marriage fully intending not to submit. Three move out of the bed and out of the bedroom. NO husbands should not seek to force these wicked, demon driven women to submit. Divorce them! But unfortunately some men are still in love with their wives and their families and they don’t want to end the marriage. So they suffer in silence. And it is this type of behavior from women with hidden agendas and ulterior motives that cause it more difficult for genuine victims of rape to get Justice!
