Agin I repeat: this virus will pass over an entire population and it will infect 80 %. Only some 30% will get sick to some degree and a smaller amount will require hospitalization. Once persons recover from the virus, they become immune to it. Persons who are infected not only become more vulnerable to the disease, and can bey a fatal victim, but they have more potential to spread it. Persons who recover do not spread the disease. And try cannot be reinfected , at least not in the short term. So if they are tested and identified they can be first responders

At least the hardware and food stores benefited from Dorian and now stores from Corona. But some businesses lost sales in hurricane straight to now. And the owners are the business. No other income. And they too didn’t want to lay off staff but either it’s that or be responsible for them. So if you were paying their National Insurance over the years or months, you have to bite the bullet and let the insurance cover them. If you don’t then you become complicit

If you listen to how they giggle and carry on in the House today and locking up homeless people. Are y’all serious

I don’t buy Minnis idea of a super spreader. New York, Italy, Spain and a few other countries are reporting the number of new cases and the number of deaths have flattened over the past few days. Meaning unless there is a second wave of Corona (which has not been proven in China) the worst is behind them. And since we are a week to 10 days behind New York, our light IS at the end of the tunnel, provided we remain viligant, err on the side of caution and follow the directions. Pray and fast and this too, will pass

Getting suspicious how Minnis has become so Religious all of a sudden. Everything keeps getting tighter and tighter. Hopefully this is the last lap

Yesterday marked the most active day for Convid-19 viruse with thousands of new cases worldwide and hundreds of deaths. Today was a stark opposite with only 533 new confirmed cases worldwide and only 33 Corona related deaths.

Considering they closed the food stores without notice, they should have started this schedule on Tuesday. This means people who may not have had food for the past 48 hour must now wait til Wednesday to get in the food stores

One of Minnis biggest mistakes is the short time span between the time he announces a lockdown and the time it comes into effect. Fact is there are thousands of Bahamians now going through the weekend without food and water. Many inner city residents go to the government pump for water and after being on lockdown for two weeks there is not even a packet of noodles in the home. Maybe a hotline persons can call if they are desperately in need of food and water, especially households with babies or small children or elderly people.
