This follows the trend od murders declining when the government changes, but increasing during the years thereafter. Many are saddened that the murder numbers are climbing and, at one point the country experienced ELEVEN murders in a number of days. Maybe the government and the citizens of the country must now look at increasing the punishment for murder..
