If you inherit a property with a foundation on it you reinforce the foundation and continue to build the house. If you keep digging up the foundation to start over, not only will you never have a house but you may even end up with no foundation.

Ikaliki I never thought I would agree with anything you say but I agree that the government should keep the VAT simple and across the board rather than create a battery of complicated rates and exemptions. But there has to be something to cause an injection of cash flow into the areas like Bain and Grants and the stimulus must be similar to what was given to Atlantis and to Bah Mar and to Freeport and to Albany among others. And some of the concessions that were given to companies like the I group and others that have done nothing. This election past confirms that places like Bain and Grants town hold not only potential but leadership that can help to steer this country. After fourty years of disgraceful neglect to the point that residents have turned on themselves and are killing each other, it is time to fix Bain and Grants Town and Pinewood and Nassau Village.

Speaking about birth rates: do you know that white Americans are dying faster than they are being born? So yes there is a negative growth rate among the white population in the US. And that is what is driving them into the panic mode. but not only that,while black women can birth up to 10 children with no complications, the white woman's womb is shutting down after one or two births. That is nothing that the black man designed, and so yes they are trying to slow the growth of the black population.. with the predator drugs and the violence and the induced poverty, among other things, and you know it more than anyone else in this forum.
