So is Indira Charles packing her bags now? Has her stay in this country been preempted? What powers does a certain QC have in this country to bring turmoil to the parliament in this way? The part of the ruling that says Fritzgerald cannot ever access emails from save the bays for ever, ever is that legal? Regardless of what post or position he may hold in the future. Yes there are questions that needs answered about STB and its intent and its funding. Fritzgerald could have been more tactful in getting the information in the public domain and thus avoiding the predicament he facing now.

Isn't it like going to the magistrates court and getting a fine then going to the Supreme Court for the same offence

Sounds like Fritzgerald is going to be punished twice for the same violation. If the matter already went to the Supreme Court where Fritzgerald received a hefty fine wouldn't it be duplicitous for the speaker to come back and offer more punishment? That is why it is very necessary to keep the two highest institutions as sep and as independent of each other as possible.

It was not just Hubert Minnis that beat the pants of LB-T but many in the FNM started to feel that Loretta was determined to cause an implosion in the FNM and even to the point that she would cross the floor and join the party of her grand father- the PLP. Even now that the olive branch has been extended to her along with a dozen or more roses she still does not seem to want to calm down and be at peace. Some say that after the years that inhaling the fumes of embalming fluid numbs a part of the brain and causes people to act that way, It numbs you to common sense.

unfortunately Bah Mar has had too many still births and too many Bahamians have rushed about thinking it is alive and celebrating its birth. False alarms all of them. So now they have put Bah Mar in the same shoe box in their lives with Perry Christie and stored it away somewhere thus. The box is packed among other things that has sentimental value but does not affect ones living from day to day. They just don't matter anymore.

Lorretta needs to stop carrying on like a spoiled child and also letting other people push her of bridges then they, themselves, don't jump. The FNM needs to come together and expand it tent not be fighting among each other. And based on what a former prime minister is quoted as saying, seems like he is endorsing the current prime minister. Perry Christie, for another term. August has come, like many deadlines set by Christie, yet Bah Mar remains as idle as a tomb in a family island grave yard.

I'm sure most of you are. You goggle for you I goggled and shared, see the difference. But the main reason I posted it was that when the issue first arose a few weeks ago, I tended to side with the speaker that the learned judge was overstepping her authority and meddling in the affairs of the house of assembly. Especially since it involved Fred Smith. After the ruling was passed down and Fritzgerald was fined $150,000.00 I decided to do further research and found that it is not unusual for law makers around the world to attempt to hide behind the walls of parliament and take pot shots at persons and companies who do not have a likewise privilege. And it was not also uncommon for the courts to go after these persons and sometimes they are given hefty fines and even threats of jail time. View this in light of the new corporation this government has set up, allegedly to spy on private citizens, vis a vis phone calls, emails and any other means necessary. The headquarters is on Nassau Street.

One always wonder why school repairs don't begin the week school closes. While the school plant is not as rundown as it use to be, some schools are still in need of major repairs. A F Adderley, for example wirhnall those unused and deteroriating trailer classrooms.

Did Hubert Ingraham's statement about Perry Christie as prime minister, t say that he would rather endorse Perry Christie for another term rather than support Hubert Minnis bybdam
