I agree. As we continue to live on slave plantations in the Bahamas, it is necessary for people to have 13 or more children. I saw 3 negroes escaping from the back door of a fast food restaurant the other night, shackles were still on their ankles. I imagine a friend will get a metal saw from the hardware to assist them. As I drive along the roads I often see discarded shackles on the sides of the road. I suppose the slave masters go around and collect them and try to repair them or take them to a welding shop.

Absolutely. I think unvaccinated persons should have to work as maids in the homes of the vaccinated. Give them a broom. Dealing with dirt all day will remind them what germ infested bags of filth they are.

It's hard to believe that over 9 billion people have died so far worldwide. When will it end?

This just means that now that living in shanty towns in Abaco is temporarily protected by the court, they will stop Bahamians from living there.

Must disagee with Turnquest here. This is black crab syndrome at work. So no encouragement then for students to become young Bahamian dentists, engineers, accountants, air traffic controllers? I guess not.
Listen up students, just get ya D average and suck teet. That's what your entitled to as a striving studious Bahamian. Nothing. Dont waste your time. Make sure your phone got all the Regae downloaded. That's what matters in this life.

Income tax can only work for those earning over $25,099 per year. Those below dont pay NIB so why they gonna reveal themselves by paying income tax?

VAT needs to go to 15% as soon aa economy will allow and exemptions need to go away on VAT.

It is the best collection method for Bahamas.

Beer and liquor can also be taxed an additional 25 cents per bottle on import. Gardener and farm worker permits can be trippled in January and trippled again in Jan 2023.

What is the point of this article? To state that Freeport provides 10% of GDP? It should be providing 30%. Of course we cannot state here why it is not doing so, due to this country's highly flammable libel laws.

Potential investors come in all the time ready to pump millions and tens of millions into the island, but within a few days or weeks they pack up and leave faster than they came.

They could be questioned by the Investment Board (by phone or email after they depart) and then multiple similar stories could lead to an investigation, but that sounds like work - and everyone already knows the answer anyway.

What we need is voters to come out en masse this election and get rid of this 4-term FNM and replace it with a brand new exciting never tried before PLP under the leadership of a new leader (so new i cant really think of his name right now).

New dynamic change. That will do it.
