Downtown property owners should be held to certain standards. Take some of those rules in gated communities and apply them to downtown properties. Not a complete solution but a start with no cost to the taxpayers.

I am so tired of these "revelations". Both parties come out with these kind of allegations but nothing ever happens afterwards. Both, FNM and PLP, have lost all respect when it comes to holding even minimum standards.

Top of that list should be former and present MPs, and the usual big boys. That should settle at least half of the outstanding debt.
