You'll need to travel and read more. "Scheduling" has to be done days in advanced and has to be approved by the FAA. BahamasAir are hardly ever on time. If BahamasAir had met the requirements then they could have continued business as usual with filing flight plans which can be done 1-2 hours before a flight.
