The Parliament is the sum total of the members, and NOT the Speaker. If the Majority wanted to do something all that thay would take is a motion when they reach that point in the agenda. The Speaker wants to exercise powers delegated to the Minister of Finance or the AG , of the Cabinet Office, by our constitution. Moutrie isnno democrat: he merely wants power . Moultrie has another year to beat his chest, but the crowd will soon tire of his antics.
Obviously the government are now liable for the premiums. We will have to defer these costs on the back end with taxes or higher fees. If the industry has an IOU from the government via the emergency order, they can then raise cash in the market to meet their expenses and their liabilities, as they become due..
I agree.. being able to pay online is very difficult. One should only need the account number to be able to pay, but they want you to call some jackazz who never answers, just to get started on this process. Meanwhile , one can do ecommerce around th World in as few as 2 clicks!!
