they say its a smear campaign but why non on the offense can produce the documents nor confirm the documents were received and documented. How can the former say they approved payments with no documentation nor invoices to show use of payment. If there are records they should have been easily accessible.
the recent changes are excellent not only for tourist but also for Bahamians to do some domestic travelling. This is the time many of these island resorts should offer local rates and packages. Least now your trip does not start off at 200 before tickets and hotels and car.
Sad part is the young lady was not forced nor preyed upon she made a choice, we must get to the real issue and its morals and training. Bahamian standards have been dropped low, back in the day young ladies were taught how to carry themselves, these days many parents are absent leaving kids to bring themselves up. Yes the man is wrong and he should know better as a grown man but likewise the young lady should not be going willingly to big man house saying she wants to have his baby.
while this is true, why were the documents not delivered to the prior nor current gov. Then the question could be raised that if documents were given to the former gov, how and why have they disappeared.
there are 2 to blame, the young lady did not give it away once, it was multiple times and went to the gentleman's house without being forced. Yes he is older and should have control and not partake but she is just as wrong as he is.
Listen folks need to take emotions out of it, everyone making noise but the parent, take this note, the child was not rapped but simply having sex under the legal age, in the case its obvious that she did not say she was raped not were any charges brought forth on rape.
sad situation but the former leader should be held responsible and the former a.g., without the foolish plot and plan there would be no need for a pay out of any kind.
we all keep forgetting the FNM been signed us on, we are just in limbo because of compliance on certain matters. Hence each gov. try to push the agenda but they all do not really have a choice or way out. Each just try to prolong.
