At last check the Board Miller lead was dissolved and there has not been in a Board Meeting since - That aside I don't recall that Miller was qualified to inspect anything and issue a report - So pray tell why is he giving interviews on behalf of BEC and I hope he is not traveling at BEC's or tax payer expense - The only thing BEC needs from Miller is for him to pay the balance on his accounts that remain in arrears. SMFT!!!
This guy certainly had a conflict of interest but isn't this the same as the President of the Senate or the member for Tall Pines? Hardly a winning case given that he alone had no ability to influence the outcome and even the Board collectively was vetoed by the sitting Minister - He will win his case but forever loose his good name - I hope we can revisit the Minister calling a judge or the Senate member receiving fees from the Government!
Do people forget that the regulator (GBPA) is an owner in the Power Company?????? This is stupid and GBPA needs to be buried with the last of its founders this weekend - Time for evolution -
