Opening March 27th? Thats a joke! Even a soft open is ambitious and as of 3pm today the casino stood empty and there was not a single functional kitchen in any of the restaurants -
Westminster? That does not apply in The Bahamas - There are no consequences and if you say sorry your forgiven within a week - Why fire Davis if you keeping Miller?
Leslie Miller has to go - The problems are four fold (Generation, Transmission and Distibution, Type of fuel being used (FOCOL) and the Unions - Miller has no plan for any of these problems and instead picks a fight with a Union that does not have the support of the people. Its a deflection and sensible Bahamians should rally behind a solution that involves neither Miller or Maynard #
Hardly Preben's fault - why would you expand investment in a place with no traffic or prospects under the leadership of those in the 'pink building.' Good luck to Mr. Hunt and his investors! Unless there is a Government intervention to ensure a sale of the GBPA - He and his investors will end up bankrupt and frustrated - Just like his tenants Hunt has no way of driving tourists to an upgraded market place.
Why doesnt PM make this seat vacant? Miller is clearly incapable of managing this mess and the public would be better served if he went back to businesses and work towards making another payment on his bill - He hasn't made another since the 100k in cash ...
