Where was this religious zealot during the last go round? He must be viewed with much suspicion and dread. What would Jesus do is the question? When the man touched his garment Jesus asked who touched me? And then said what do you want me to do for you? The man was healed and revived immediately. These now a days religious pious people do forget so quickly. The Bahamas is in need of truth tellers for the people to change.

It was good to have the book "Behind Grey Curtains" by P. Carl Gibson who brought to the forefront the times when Bahamians were really kind to every one. It was most memorable to recalled the days when mail boats were utilized to bring supplies to the other islands and people were pleased with the captain who knew well most people on the island that needed assistance and supplies. Thank you Mr. Gibson for bringing it all back to the forefront of history.

Behind Grey Curtains by P. Carl Gibson specifically outlines in details how a small country like the Bahamas particularly New Providence island could be wrestled from the crime blitz immediately.
In 1972 the islands of the Bahamas some fear had penetrated the culture; he'd sought to integrate into a formula where progress and positive thinking for national movement could give birth. P. Carl Gibson aka Ammadou wondered out loudly what was becoming of the nation when the people no longer communicated rationally with each other. Then he'd caught the whim of how again some local leaders literally directed partisans with venom and expletives had become an acceptable usage of communication. But he was reminded of what was before and what he'd been propelled into. For he had no knowledge he was going to write or what he would write about. But then Behind Grey Curtains was among the many essays he compiled as a personal history of things he'd gone through as a new and independent national.
Even though many who did not benefit from the pie that was carved up immediately following the July 10th 1973 political separation from London, England, the tribal instrument that surfaced sought out those who had tasted freedom of speech and assembly for the first time with varying degrees of bamboozlement and isolation
