Ingraham never appointed a commission but all bets are on that Minnis will and justice will be done. The entire Cabinet needs to be incarcerated in fox hill. Preferrable in the same cell.

The UBP were Sunday School Children compared to the PLP ! From Pindling up to today they took salaries and they took consulting fees. And most consulting fees never saw the light of day. They went under the table and around the table and oftentimes in the restrooms.

I think it is these bragadocious realtors that can't wait to toot their latest real estate sale and think that they can ride along on the success or Airbnb as if they had something to do with it. If they didn't coem with that story they probably would have no story. This idiot Carey needs his head examined about tax the business. Airbnb has given Bahamians of all stripes and economic circumstance an opportunity to participate financially in the country's number one industry. Without asking for one single concession from the government. No crown land, no duty and stamp tax free anything. And there are thousands of them doing this. All of these Hosts and Guests pay all the taxes that are relevant. They pay duty and vat on whatever they consume, Furthermore the little taxi guys and small rental car concerns are also making a buck. Even bicycle rentals. When we realise that this business is booming and the hotels not so much we should think how the government and its numerous and monumental taxes and tarrifs have brought this business to its knees. Not to mention the enormous cost of electrcity. Leave these Bahamian Enterpreneurs alone please.

I do not believe that the vast majority of Bahamians realize that it is their money that allows the government to function. VAT is having an impact however and will very likely take the PLP down, but import duty, and other taxes like Real Property Tax are never seen by the vast majority of Bahamians. So when the Government of the day squanders it, they just shrug their shoulders thinking, why should I care. They know what VAT is though and its the first time that people have gotten off their rumps and Marched to protest. They know the pain of the people in Jubilee too, and they are all aware of the RUBIS spill and, well, the fickle finger of fate being flashed at the world, was the final straw.

The DNA could keep proposing vapour but it won't do any good. They don't have any seats now and they wont have any on the 11th May. If we have to listen to this ass for five more years I don't know what. Until you can follow you will never be able to lead, The DNA is leaderless.
