Is the AG too stupid to follow this 8 million dollars, to see how much of it went back to the people who arranged for him to get it. The police put pictures of people they want to talk to in the paper. Why cant the AG get a Court Order to examine any and all bank accounts where Brother Ash has an interest. ( Don't ask Ian Winder though please ) The Treasury Cheque(s) was/(were) deposited somewhere. What needs to be known now is where did the money go from there. If more that $10,000.00 was withdrawn in cash, then the bank must tell us what it was for and Ash will need to be interviewed with the Red & Black 12V cables connected to his testicles. I think that we need another AG if he can't figure this shit out.
Doesn't anyone else think that the entry of the webshops into local commerce as well as their direct lending activities are running the banks out of business. The regulatory bar is also much higher for commercial banks than web shops and the reputational risk is enormous. Who cares if Island Luck go belly up. A lot of Shareholders will care though if something untopward happens at one of the Canadian Banks.
Not making them pay will hurt the people who will have to pay for it. Yes, you and me and the other 400,000 people that live here. You people should all be on a political stop list. Never again to have any authority in this country.
**Bahamas Resolve's former chairman has also warned that some of the 13 'bad borrowers' are being uncooperative and denying the SPV** Do they think the people are stupid. Get a busload of POLICE, or the Defense Force and throw them out. Take the press so we could know who these bad borrowers are. Whatever happened to the old fashioned auction ? Advertise an auction across the world and bring high end investors here to buy these up.
Its a great new way of doing business. Go to Nassau Motor Company and buy a new car on the following conditions of provisions. It rains every Wednesday afternoon from now to Christmas. The Bahamian Dollar is devalued in October. Anything else you feel might give you a back door to withdraw for the sale if you wish to. Maybe I got it wrong ? The sale has conditions right ? Guaranteed by another party ?
